Callo’s sintered self-lubricating bushings represent a synthesis of the latest technology and advanced methods in powder metallurgy.
Their controlled porous structure and impregnation of oil, released gradually during operation, create a self-lubricating film that ensures excellent mechanical performance.

CSB-20 relubricable bushings
Advanced components with low-carbon steel reinforcement, externally coated with a 2 μm protective layer (copper, tin, or zinc). Porous sintered bronze is impregnated with POM (or PEEK) with alveoli to contain grease and collect impurities between shaft and bushing. The CSB-20 version is recommended for less precise machining, with the possibility of internal correction.
CSB-50/40 self-lubricating wound bushings
They have low-carbon steel reinforcement for excellent mechanical strength. Coated on the outside with a protective layer, they offer durability over time.
An inner layer of sintered porous bronze ensures polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) adhesion and reliable performance. Customization is possible, except for the sliding surface, with options such as bronze or stainless steel walls to suit various industrial applications.

CSB-650 bushings with graphite inserts
Made of copper alloy, CSB-650 bushings with graphite inserts feature PTFE and/or graphite-based solid lubricant inserts. During operation, the graphite creates a thin film that covers both surfaces, preventing direct metal-to-metal contact.
This product is particularly suitable for applications with heavy loads and intermittent oscillating movements. Its design allows efficient operation without the need for additional lubrication.

CSB-090 bronze wound bushings with diamond lozenges
Bushings of this type are made entirely of bronze and are particularly suitable for applications requiring relubrication as they operate in dirty environments.
The sliding surface has indents that help improve lubrication.
Rolled bushings are distinguished primarily by their thin wall, and it is because of this feature that, for the same shaft diameter and stresses, the footprint is smaller than that of a turned bushing, or bearing.

METALL-FOLIE centesimal metal foils
Metall-Folie centesimal foils are brass, steel and stainless steel metal strips with calibrated thickness. They are packaged in sturdy plastic boxes for easy picking and minimal waste.
Ideal for fine-tuning equipment, tools and molds, ensuring accuracy in tolerance adjustments and leveling for reliable and efficient mechanical production.
Polyurethane
CELLASTO® AND VULKOLLAN®
Cellasto® and Vulkollan® are produced under license from Bayer-Leverkusen. Cellasto® sheets, with thicknesses from 1 to 20 mm, are obtained by centrifugation or casting, with hardnesses from 68 to 98 Shore A.
Cellular Vulkollan® is available in sheets, blocks or rounds, with densities from 0.27 to 0.65 g/cm3.
ELASTOPAL®
Elastopal® is a polyurethane produced by Puralis GmbH by polymer addition between polysocyanate and polyol.
It combines the elasticity of rubber with the mechanical properties of strong plastics, making it ideal for applications requiring elasticity, mechanical strength and greater rigidity than rubber.
Easily processed, it is suitable for easy production of small quantities or prototypes.
Mold casting technology enables the production of bulky and heavy parts with low mold costs.
